Would like to know if anyone knows any private schools for primary in the area. I am interested in enrolling my kids into one that follows local syllabus (got such thing?) and not the full international school. That would be too expensive for me. Pls help.

New balance minimus zero v2; Saw it and fell in love with the minimal sleek design, plus I hope it can double up as a driving shoes, you know to feel the pedal more. I am just a beginner in jogging, and I hated the Adidas boost whatever I bought. The sole is just too thick, and rigid. Is this shoe any good for me, I do the following:

- jog 20-30mins, on Tarmac
- freeletics like burpees, squats, etc
- a bit of weight as I up the exercise like squats, not a major go-heavy-or-go-home type due to spinal injury but slowly upping it.

Would appreciate the shops, so I can check them out too. Am researching into cold side SC and the cost.

Been using it for a week. Amazing with uber cool design. Comes with heart rate monitoring strap which I bought with bundle. Loving it. Was prev using suunto but don't wear it daily as it is too sporty and bulky looking. Anyone using this? There is a community in the app to do things like comment, like and challenge. But I only use it for gym Herat rate tracking and to view my hr chart.

FlexiLoan Fully Paid And Keeping it Active

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone of you experience this before with a FULL FLEXI loan. I have fuly paid up since a few years. THe only thing is that I need to pay RM10 per month to maintain it. I didn't wanna close it as that is the whole point of a FULL-FLEXI loan.

Some questions:
- Anyone here have this sort of account and get a shock? eg. They did not reduce the interest but did it in some weird ways to get more interest from you
- BLR does affect it, but bank do not inform you and end of day will come to you to ask the amount owe to them due to it...
- What if I do take out a substantial amount to do some investment? (eg. get another hse, stock etc) How would I kena? Higher interest etc? Or it depends on the loan tenure thus far?

I really am not familiar with this, and it would be great if you guys can layout the CONS in this case. I have a nagging feeling, that somethings gotta give. Thank you in advance for the advices.
