HTC Malaysia shirk their responsibility

I love HTC product since window mobile era, I always proud to recommend HTC to my friends & my customers. But lately HTC Malaysia make me lost hope & make me looking for alternative. Currently i have a pending HTC One Camera claim issue which make me mad & I decided to show my story to the world.

I 1st bought HTC One on early of MAY 2013 which is HTC One 1st batch arrival on Penang, Malaysia. I was happy that time because this device really is the top device. But after 2month later, I ran into xda-developers website & found many complains about their HTC One camera having pink/purple tint issue. After I see those news, I checked on my camera & found out my device having the same issue, so I called HTC & they ask me to wait for their so call 4.3 update which will solve the issue. so I waited until Nov 2013 which 4.3 update is available, but after i finish update to 4.3 the pink tint issue still not solve. So I called again to their call center & asking for 1to1 exchange since they make us waited a unresolved solution for so long. The representative name SK told me he have to advise superior as he dun have authority & will call me back in few days, but they let me waited for 26days without receive any update. End up I had to call them again myself & had a very unhappy conversation. Below is what I had posted on their HTC Malaysia facebook page about the details on that day conversation with the representative.

They manage to approach me on facebook after 3days I posted on their facebook, they ask me to inbox them my phone IMEI number & contact number. So I again rise with hope & inbox them my phone details on the next day.

But sadly after I inbox them, they run MIA again.

So I lost hope on HTC would lend me a loan phone as my request & hold my patient until 2014 chinese new year pass, I purposely bought iPhone 5S on 7-3-2014 just to sent my phone to warranty. So on 10-3-2014 I called to their center & requested a pickup for my phone to their service center. 2days after that a courier service come to my house to pickup my device so I thought the service is actually not that bad. After few days later, I receive a call from HTC & say that my phone will be back on 31st March. I was very happy to hear that my phone can be back to me on 2weeks time(Why should I happy? because everyone did go to HTC Malaysia facebook page before will know HTC Malaysia warranty claim can take forever). But HTC let me down again & again, my phone never came back on 31st March. I keep telling myself maybe they ship it out on 31st March so I should wait another day. On 1st of April, I waited till 7pm also never have a courier service approach my house so I fed up & call to service center again...

I ask their representative & they say my device NOT YET REPAIR. I started to get frustrated & ask when my device can be done, so the representative say he need to ask technical department & get back to me tomorrow. Without anything I can do, I hang up the phone & hope that they can give me a satisfied answer. The next I din't receive any call but around 6pm I receive a sms say that my HTC One warranty void due to unlock bootloader & need to pay RM693 to replace mainboard. I was very very very angry so I reply the sms back to request their technical manager call me instant. But I waited half hour still no respond from them so I made a call again to call center & argue with their representative name Ivan(although he can't help me with anything but he is the 1st representative which can advise me other solution like I should log my complain to HTC website under support section). They say that because I unlock bootloader so my camera occur pink tint issue, I ask them is it HTC admit their HTC One camera pink tink issue is their known issue and he answered me very clear YES. So is it now HTC wanna shirk their own responsible like this to avoid after sales service?

I had sent 3 email in total from 2nd April,4th April & 6th April, but I get no reply only 3 email which ask me to do their satisfaction survey. The 1st email I sent to sea_service@htc.com, the other 2 email I cant have prove because I sent from their HTC support website so they don't forward me a copy as evidence.

Why HTC don't want to reply my email? Is it they know that they're wrong so that they don't dare to come out to responsible?

HTC only say problem caused by unlock bootloader is not covered under warranty, this mean their own manufacturing defects is under warranty. Below is the evidence that show my device is NOT VOID warranty.

4X2GB Corsair XMS2 Gaming RAM
Sapphire 4870X2
Cooler Master GX 750W

Now i'm thinking of upgrade to Asus R9 290 reference but will it bottleneck? Since my board only support PCI-E 2.0 will it facing serious FPS drop? I had googled around & there's some saying will bottleneck & while there's also saying Q9650 still manage to keep up.

So anyone pls drop your 2cent here & share me your opinion, i'll b grateful for your 2cent.
