After reading some of the journals, I've decided to write a journal for my weight loss, and in the same time hearing some of your valuable advise and suggestions. I do not exercise in the past, at least 10 years since I was actively playing basketball. I grew fat at the age of 22, overeating and lack of exercise are the main reasons. I realized that I don't look appealing and not interested in ball games anymore, so it made me to lose weight. I've tried Herbalife's products, Lipo6 without work out (not motivated), but they never work as the products were quite expensive and I kinda tricked to believe that one can lose weight healthily without exercising which I was wrong.

First off, some of my details which you might be interested and maybe could relate to yourselves.

Gender : Male
Age : 27
Gym attached to : Fitness First Leisure Mall, joined 1st July 2011
Job : Salesperson (Walks quite a bit)
Height : 168cm
Weight : 83kg
BMI : 29.4 (Overweight, inclining towards obese)

Daily diet are usually
Breakfast : Maggi goreng biasa
Lunch : KFC, economy rice, restaurant food
Dinner : Mom's dishes, heavily meat. (might take a photo sometimes and we can discuss how much kcal)
Fat burner : Lipo6 black 3 caps in the morning (30mins before breakfast) 2 caps before work out after work

Workout in gym
I always walk to the gym from my place, 10 minutes. Straight to the threadmill
1. Threadmill, 3.0 for 1min, 5.3 for 4 mins, 6.0 (slow jog) for 5 mins, 9.0 at 2mins . And then I'm so beat I can't do anymore, so no HIIT there.
2. Upper back machine 3 sets of 15 reps at 10-15kgs
3. Legs' back muscle machine 3 sets of 15 reps at 15kgs
4. Upper/Middle abs 3 sets of 15 reps (cramp after that.....)
5. Bicep machine 3 sets of 15 reps at 10kgs.

And then I go home..... I do not have a PT, and I am very clueless about workouts.

This is written on the 19th July which I have only visit 6 times to the gym. So kindly comment/advise/suggestions. I will probably update once in a week.

Should I buy a new car now?

I already had plans to buy a new car even before the petrol increases price. And it happened so sudden the petrol price increased and I had only 1 thing in mind which is to forget about buying the car.

but my mom doesn't see it this way, she still insist that it doesn't matter because my 13 years old Wira really shouldn't be on the road already. I've just started working and the petrol and car loan sure taken a big portion of my salary, like a double hits to the nuts.

What do you guys think? from a point of view of a market observer, should I wait till government announce lower imported car tax? should I take double hits to the nuts (change from 1.5 to 1.3, could be fuel saving in a long run)? or should I wait till I have double my salary (say 5 years from today?)?

Do you consider the type of batteries

I'm doing a little bit of research before getting 1. Quite new to photography.

I'm currently looking at the olympus mju 840. However getting to know that it doesn't use AA batteries gives me a concern whether the lit-ion battery is more convenient than AA batteries.
For one AA batteries can be bought anywhere, can be borrowed from friends and you might only need to charge it when you got free time. Sometimes alkaline battery can do miracles as well when you are in emergency.

So for you guys, are you comfortable to use camera which doesn't use AA batteries? and what preparations that you took so that you can enjoy taking pictures without always checking the battery level after each shots.

need help in upgrading my HDD

My laptop now has a working HDD that already has windows XP in it (meaning this lappy doesn't require a Windows OS installation CD to re-install and instead it only requires an NEC startup disk to format and reinstall. )
Now that I'm not satisfied with the amount of space that I can use, I want to upgrade the original 20gb to a 100gb. Now the question is, how do i get the windows installation program from the old HDD to another new HDD? The old HDD could be partitioned, but I don't know about that at all.

another question, today Ive been very itchy hand and lucky, I've dismantled my notebook for cleaning purposes and i've detached the heatsink from the proc. I didn't know much about the heat transfer silicone thing. I placed it back, put back the screws and switch on the laptop.... so now... have I screw up something here? ( I don't have any of these silicone/grease with me....)

"Do you always run in the nude?" one asked.
"Oh yes!" Steve replied, gasping in air. "It feels so wonderfully free!"
Another runner moved a long side. "Do you always run carrying your clothes with you under your arm?"
Oh , yes" Steve answered breathlessly. "That way I can get dressed right at the end of the run and get in my car to go home!
Then a third runner cast his eyes a little lower and queried, "Do you always wear a condom when you run? "
"Nope.........just when it's raining." smiled Steve.

Need help on IE 6

Recently my internet explorer 6 has been giving me sorts of problems.
I cannot open pages like soccernet.com, baka-updates.com. when I type www.soccernet.com on the address bar, it will just change my address bar to http:///?%20www.soccernet.com and a "Invalid Syntax Error" header. The content of the page was like "The page cannot be displayed".

Another thing is usually when there's a page that requires ActiveX activation. I have no idea why it does not pop up anymore. these pages loads like just normal... have I installed something that prevents that from happening? (I searched the net and came across microsoft .NET thingy, dont know whether that has anything to do or not)

My connection so far has not been a problem as I'm using streamyx with router, loads yahoo and lyn forum very fast also. Any clue as what happening to my IE 6.
and yeah, if you planning to ask me to install firefox, I tried and that page failed to load as well.....
