Unable to create bootable USB - El Capitan

Hi,

I'm currently using a MBP mid 2010. Looking to do a clean instal to el capitan as current iTunes on Yosemite can't support iOS 12.

I've tried downloading it via the App Store, however, for some reasons, they would not allow me to download it.

I've downloaded the El Capitan file in pkg package, however I need help in transferring it to a bootable drive.

Is anyone here would be kind enough to assist me? Tried Googling but can't really find any solutions at the moment.

I found out that this condo has recently been refurbished. You reckon its a good buy as the price and location is not bad for PJ? What bout capital appreciation in the next 5 years then?

Syarat halal Jakim, tiada lagi ‘Coney Dog’ dan ‘Root Beer’ di Malaysia

PETALING JAYA: Beberapa jenama makanan popular yang menjadi kegemaran sejak berdekad lama di seluruh dunia kini tidak lagi dikenali dengan nama asalnya di Malaysia.

Ia termasuk menu utama rangkaian makanan segera A&W seperti “Coney Dog” dan “Root Beer”, yang kini dinamakan semula “Chicken Coney” atau “Beef Coney”, dan “Root Beer” yang kini dikenali sebagai “RB”.

“Kita tukar sebab nama itu ada konflik kalau kita nak mohon sijil halal,” kata penolong pengurus jaminan kualiti dan halal A&W, Shahidah Wahid, mengesahkan penukaran nama itu 2 tahun lalu, ketika dihubungi FMT.

Keputusan itu susulan garis panduan Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (Jakim) dalam menganugerahkan sijil halal kepada mana-mana pengusaha restoran dan makanan, yang antara lain melarang penggunaan istilah yang sinonim dengan bahan tidak halal.

Dokumen bertajuk “Manual Prosedur Pensijilan Halal Malaysia” yang dikeluarkan 2 tahun lalu itu menyenaraikan perkataan “ham”, “bak kut teh”, “bacon”, “beer”, “rum”, “hotdog” dan “charsiew”, antara istilah yang menurut Jakim boleh “mengelirukan”.

Ia merupakan antara 9 syarat pensijilan halal terhadap pengilang yang memohon sijil halal daripada Jakim.

Baru-baru ini, rangkaian francais menjual pretzel, Auntie Anne berkata Jakim belum dapat memberikan sijil halal kepada syarikat itu dan antara alasannya ialah salah satu produk dinamakan “pretzel dog”.

Seorang eksekutif Auntie Anne yang bertanggungjawab terhadap kualiti dan jaminan halal, Farhatul Kamilah Mohamed Sazali menerusi Facebooknya berkata, pihaknya sudah mengemukakan cadangan nama baharu kepada Jakim.

Tinjauan FMT juga mendapati minuman tin popular seperti Ginger Beer dan Root Beer juga dijenamakan semula menjadi Sarsparilla dan Ginger Ale, dipercayai dikaitkan dengan syarat Jakim.

MBP Mid 2010 Turn Off

MY MBP has been acting weird lately. It'll automatically turn off after unplugging the magsafe even though it's fully charged. According to Coconut Battery, I still have 74% of battery capacity. Can anyone help me on this?

Hey /k/, would need your help in writing an unofficial letter.

The situation is like this,

My friend have already invested RM200k in my company and now we need an unofficial letter to acknowledge the terms and conditions of it.

Basically the situation is like this.

-Friend has put in RM200000 into the Sdn Bhd company.

-Company will promise interest of 1% per month.

-There is no due date to pay up the RM200k, it's up to my friend when he want to take his RM200k back.

-Notice period to take the money back is 1 month.

Would appreciate if anyone could help me on this.
