Maxis fibre

Will be moving to Eco Park, Shah Alam on 17/06. Decided on Maxis fibre even though many negative feedback from other forumers. Reason is because wanted to subscribe to Astro Iptv and using maxis fibre will be cheaper. The house which bought sub-sale already had Unifi installed which means fibre line is not an issue. Questions
1. Can use Astro iptv thru wifi as not cat5 cable to tv area
2. Will I need to change the router to help increase speed as claimed in other postings
3. Time taken to install line after application

[WTA] Solid Wood Floor

I have bought a sub-sale house in Shah Alam. Some portion of the 1st floor timber flooring is scratched (not deep scratch) and also some portion of the floor where I have the built in furniture removed shows different polished tone. I will appreciate if anyone can recommend good contractor that does regrind/repolish of solid timber flooring.

I am looking for 235/60R18 replacement tyre for my Kia Sorento XL (new model). Looks like there is not many choices available. Found one of them to be Goodyear Efficientgrip SUV which is newly available locally. Anyone has experience using this tyre?

Valuable feedback on price, performance, threadwear etc or recomendation on other brand of type is much appreciated
