Traveling to Korea for business meeting

Hi all,

I need to travel to Korea for various business meetings in July. Based on a previous post, I will only need to have a PCR result(within 72 hours before travel) and a place to quarantine. However, upon further research, I saw Malaysian will need to apply something called My Travel Pass and I am unsure if it is still relevant. From what I understand, I will need a letter from my employer(Malaysia) and also another letter from our customer(from Korea). Anyone know what is the exact procedure now or any travel agency is able to help and arrange this?

Tp link Deco M4 disconnected from internet

Hi guys/gals,

I have a question about the stability of TP link Deco M4. I just bought 2 pcs yesterday and have them installed in my house. However, I experienced frequently(it can be every 1 or 2 hours or up to 5 hours interval) disconnection from internet for maybe 2 to 3 minutes. My initial setup is:
Modem - old router - m4 - m4 using dynamic ip

However after experiencing the disconnection, i changed the setup to the following today:

Modem - m4 - m4 using pppoe

But the problem still persist. I do not think it is my internet because I didn't experience such problem with my previous router. I have also checked the firmware and it is already the latest version.

Appreciate if anyone can provide some advices. Thanks.

Government Guaranteed Scheme(loans)

Hi all,

I am surveying the business loans in Malaysia and I notice some loans are guaranteed by government. From what I understand, it meant you do not need to come out with any collateral if you were to borrow money under this scheme. But what does it really meant for limited company actually? If the company is unable to pay, does the director(s) need to fork out money to pay? If it is needed, what is the use of "government guarantees"?

Sdn Bhd paid up capital

Hi all,

I have a question related about increasing the paid up capital of a sdn bhd.

Currently I am incorporating a sdn bhd with a few people. Our initial capital is rm150k. However the company secretary only allow us to have paid up capital up to rm2.5k as start. My questions are:

1. Can't i just bank in the extra money into the company bank account and ignore applying to increase the paid up capital?

2. What is the advantage of increasing the paid up capital after i have transferred the remaining rm150k into the company bank account?

What should be the selling price of this house?

Hi all,

I am planning to sell off a house that I have bought about one and half year ago but unsure how much to ask for in order to avoid losses. Appreciate if anyone can help me to determine the selling price.

The buying price of this house is RM895,000 excluding lawyer and MOT fee which is about rm25,000.
MRTA is about RM19,000 and I have been servicing the loan for about 1 year.
Renovation put in is about rm100,000.

Therefore the figure that I come out with is RM1,040,000. However I still have not taken into account the 30% RPGT, lawyer fee and agency fees that need to be placed in. Anyone has any formula or spreadsheet to calculate this?
