we have a small personal training studio nearby Jaya 33 PJ, and we are looking for:

1) freelance trainers who want to train their customers without gym contract

- We offer best rate for trainers to bring their customers to our space to have their training.

2) Customers who are looking for affordable personal training services

- We offer RM600 per month, unlimited monthly gym walk in for customers who want to achieve their fitness goals with our personal trainers.

Our studio equips with basic strength equipment which are good enough to cover total body strength training. We also have a space for freestyle training (eg. battle rope, skipping rope, TRX, boxing, etc.)

Greetings from Fitbox Fitness Training!

As December comes, our company is having a year-end promotion for all the Lowyat members! Being founded to help more people to achieve their fitness goals and promote healthy lifestyle, we always aim to reach to more Malaysians to help them to suceed in achieving their goals.

Therefore, we are having the below promotions.

1. Personal Training

We are currently offering Personal Training Sessions at only RM600 per month for not more than 12 sessions per month ( which is only RM50 per session, 50% cheaper than the big chain gym!). We can train you at your home, any gyms you would like to train at, or even at the park nearby your house. Attached below are the expertise of our fitness professionals.

Asfor the promotion, we offer to our current clients with the referral contest which if you refer a friend to train with us , we will give you a rebate of RM100 EVERY MONTH as long as your friends are training with us monthly. Each person is only allowed to refer up to 4 friends and if you have 4 of them training with us monthly, we will train you for FREE every month as long as they are still training with us!

Now even if you are not training with us, you can refer your friends to train with us too! Cash of RM100 will be given to you if you refer a friend to train with us. Maximum referral will be 4 friends per person. The contest will be ending by 15th December so grab this opportunities and refer your friends to us!

(Due to trainers' availability, we only take in maximum 16 new clients. The promotion will be given ONLY if your friend or friends have paid us the training fees.)

2. Group fitness training - Human Billboard Contest

We are taking on 20 FREE clients to be our walking, talking "Human Billboards". Well, it is not exactly free, your job is to get stronger, leaner, and sexier, and then tell everyone about our fitness camp.

Here is how you can qualified to be one of the first 20:

1. You must promise to have a positive attitude and work your butt off in our fitness camp!
2. You must promise to show up at least 3 times per week to our fitness camp!
3. You must not be a past or current member of Fitbox Fitness Camp!
4. You must promise to refer us 1 boot camp member per month (No exceptions!)

We hope to get you help to do this survey for us, and as a token of appreciation for you, we will give participants FREE 3 sessions of 1 by 1 personal training sessions by our professional qualified trainer for you. Session 1: Fitness Testing

Before getting further into training, getting to understand about your current fitness level is important for us to design a personalized training program to meet your fitness goal. Several tests will be done with you throughout the day and discussion will be held 1 by 1 to see what we can do for you upcoming training.

Session 2: Customized Training Program Sample
