Hi I've overclocked my 3960x to 4.8 by adjusting the multiplier to 48 per core and voltage to 1.3v. Ran stress test and all stable. However the CPU seems to run at its full speed all the time. What setting do I missed in order to get it to run like stock but ramp up to 4.8ghz under load?

Budget around 4k (excluding monitor, mouse, keyboard, casing)

I've a few things in my mind but not sure whether they're good combi or not.

Will adding graphic card improve performance? like rendering time. I know it sure does but is it alot? I've plan to add in a GTX970 4GB in the near future so I have to know the correct setups for future upgrade.

I've hooked up my pc to a Samsung LED TV ES5600 model thru a HDMI cable. I then output the sound signal from the TV to my Pioneer 5.1 amp using SPDIF cable. I cant seem to enable 6 channels from my pc. I'm using AMD 5450 graphic card. I need help and recommendation on how to set up a 5.1 surround with my system.

blackberry 9630 verizon cant detect BIS.

i have BIS on my celcom and am using bold 9000 with it. my frens have 9630 and 9700 both from verizon and cant access BIS.
they're both unlock and can make calls but just the edge wont turn EDGE and 3G has no bb symbol besides it.
tried upgrade both of them with diff carrier OS but still the same...

any pro here solved this problem before?

guys, for example i have 8 episodes of .rmvb files and i wanna make them into dvd. normaly i just convert all of them into a dvd format and burn them out.

however, when i watch it in dvd player i found tat its is so annoying tat i'll have to fast foward for so long to reach episode 7, therefore i wanna make a dvd menu for this. like those dvds tat have been sold in the market ;p a menu that i can choose wic episode to watch...

any software recommend?

edit : I think i found out how already, so any recommend software from experts here?

i wanna prevent my bro from using my pc when im not around.
just something simple.
i'd tried to tick the 'on resume, password protect' box in my screen saver but it somehow did not prompt me to enter the password (i tot when i ticked the box there would be sudden appear of a box asking me to type the password i desire?).

can someone help me with this?
