DirectX 9 drawing method

Hi, i am having trouble deciding how to draw point randomly and apply color randomly....
should i modified anything in this place::

i have also another question regarding to the circle need to be drawn.
if it would be triangle or square or line, i know how to draw, but i went through the web and cant find a "easy" method of drawing a simple circle~~.
Or should a circle be made using dots and joining them up so that they look like a circle????

Hi all, i went thought the whole forum but i cant seem to find this solution...
I NOT SURE IS IT SUITABLE OR NOT TO PUT IT IN THIS POST...........................

It all went well with my USB modem which i used for a few month already, i can play dota using GG, download at 40~110 kbps for video file, and suft the internet using the usb modem.

My area is 3.5G, and yesterday, i found out that i cant play GG-game and download movie series from dygod anymore.......... i dunno why.....
it can connect to gg, i can ping and do chat there, but the only thing is that when the game start, i get disconnect after the user start to select their hero, it was like damn 15 sec lag respone and so on the game cant be played at all........, and i was automatically disconnected....., ( this situation was never encounter b4...never...). i try to download from that website using thunder, but it was crapped at 3kbps and keep on disconnecting from the source....., but if it was on those software file from filehippo, it can shoot up to 80kbps << what the hell happen here....?? I CAN SUFT the internet very fast, even to oversea website but the problem just occur there....
I tried to uninstall the modem driver and reinstall, uninstall gg and reinstall, but the situation still occur.....
Then i went to 3 location to test the problem, but it still occur.............
when i use my home connection to test to see whether it is my computer prob, it was fine~~ and smooth with the gg and download....

So, in conclusion.... what is the problem here with this .??VISTA problem?
spec :: laptop core 2 duo, 2 gb ram, windows vista sp 1
USB modem = maxis 3.6MB subscription in jb.
HOME line = 1.5MB streamyx.
OR maxis block me in playing gg and dl from that website coz other online game was fine such as CABALSEA~~.
ANd by the way, i cant log in to thunder account using that software as last time it can be log on to using the modem....

Unable to connect to internet

HI everyone, i am using a notebook and window vista.
Now, for the past 6 month, no problem occur with tmnet streamyx modem(1.5), but today i cant connect to the internet after i come back home,
if i use maxis wireless broadband, it can connect, i think it is the Ethernet modem giving me trouble because it was first time when i on the adsl modem, it show that it is connected to something like when u connect to a wireless, the picture~~ get what i mean?? the :: public, private or home picture where u can choose if u first connect to a wireless modem to set it, i dunno why this occur....... i know that it is for wireless modem only, but i just cant online using my adsl, it keep stucking at the place where it ask you want to "try again", "connect to other network" after u input ur username and password.....

Is there anyway i can know what is the original settings for the modem or the local network properties and whether i can reset it or not??
another thing is that the modem on my notebook is Broadcom NetLink ™ Gigabit Ethernet::

(under the configure menu, where at the advance properties there, should it all be enable???)
(WIndow cannot detect any problem with the line... so i dunno what happen.....................help me...)

unkwone problem with partition drive c

hi all, i came across this problem lately, it seems here i dunno when it started. here is the problem::

I am using acer 5920g notebook, 250 GB hdd which is separate into 2 partition, which the vista home premium is installed in the drive C. Nothing went wrong as the drive C can be open without any excess usage of the processor.But the problem occur 1 week ago, when i click into the C drive, the usage of the processor suddenly increase to 50%, by the mean, IT WILL NOT BE LOWERED AGAIN. As you try to go in further into different folder, the processor usage will become 100% occupied and again..... IT WILL NOT DROP no matter how long you let your notebook on, and the whole computer hangs, and become slow moving, I mean very slow.....

this problem does not occur on the Drive D, and it will only occur when u click the Drive C to go in.
using antivir, spybot, window defender and Norton internet security to check the whole computer but no problem detected...

The computer needs to be log out and log in a again if i want to use it, or else when it hangs, i need to "cruely" reboot it.....

i restore back the system but the incident still occur.... help me ba!~~~~~

hih, i encountered this problem not always but only when computer encounter mirror problem and when trying to become a computer to share file to other.
It request to enter password on the other computer(addressing it as COM A) with my user name on this computer(COM B ) if i am starting to share (the other computer(COM A) are taking the shared folder),this does not happen to other computer using when sharing.(using COM A to take files).
the lp address is correect and just it pop out wanting my password, but i did not set password in anyway on that computer. (firewall off)

when shutting ,sometime i when to this small frame(using COM B) with window professional name on it, it say show the process for shuting down and then required me to enter loggin password to re-enter.......... how come? no password how to enter?????????????????????????????

hihi all, i went to those site which require flash player and i many time i been assign to te download webpage, but it stated tere that i have install successfully.... but no matter what i do, etc.restart and open the same page again , it still came out the same word " this page require flash player 7 pls download it""

Address bar also disapear a few second after internet exsplorer open...... cant find the root to the problem here also..

hihi, sorri but i dun know where to go(section) , just i want to know y i cant get the same conectivity as my pc with the notebook???(its new, and i am also newbie to notebook)

it wrote there100Mbps or 1.0Gbps, but i know this is not the speed, but it seems to me i cant open msn, or even play wartcart, it took a long time for me to connect to the battlenet(warcaft), the msn messenger cant even open, even worst, when i open msn or the game, my connection went worse.....I not sure what happen, i use the same modem that i use to suft net with(the modem (ADSL) from the pc, 1mb speed)

Or maybe notebook cant go so fast?? the respone time was very bad also(when u click a web page, it doesnt open directly, it wait a while,then it connect to the web page.)

labtop problem

hihi i would like to know something.
i just buy a labtop today and b4 i install some driver , the usb can be use(the mouse can be use) but after the instalation, the usb prot cannt funtion at al.... y? who can teach me??
i bought gigabyte w551n and install the express installation driver which the cd comes with the labtop.
help.... I found that there was an eror(windows cannot load this device for this hardware, the driver maybe corrupted or misiing (codec 39).

hhi to all users, i like to ask about the different between some of the notebook

:::::what is the different between ""Intel Graphic Media Accelerator 950"" and ""128MB nVidia Geforce Go 7400"" , ""Nvidia Geforce 7400(64MB video memory"" and ""ATI Mobility Radeon x1400 graphic wih up to 512 hypermemory(128MB dedicated GDDR2 VRAM & up to 384MB of shared system memory.)"" .

@WHICH OF THEM(those that are mention) IS BETTER???(or faster) .
@Is ATI radeon x400 and above series(like x700, x1400, x1600....) is better than x400????.
@what is ATI MR x1400?? same as ATI radeon x1400???
@Comparing between ATI and nvidia geforce series and intel grahphic which is better(between those product i mention earlier)??

hihi to all lowyat users. i am going to buy a notebook during this pc fair, and i notice some of those notebook, i am not so fimiliar with notebook specification and hope that u all can give me some guide ~~

about computer problem

hi, i got this problem some how....
1)my window media player cant open, it gave me this :::

An internal application error has occured

2) i cant use the system restore to restore back,==>> the rstrui.exe run but nthing happen after that, the computer just will not show the system restore page.

3) i cant click on the buttons in yahoo mail or other webpage like example " delete,select all,move,compose", i press it but inthing happen....

I try using cmd===> CHKDSK
i got probelm with volume bitmap
fix it, but still the same.......
i am using windows professional sp2, 1mb streamyx and internet exsplorer...
is there any solution for my problems???? i need to know urgent.. casue it is really a mess now...
