Hi Gents & Gals,

I am just wondering, if let say we want to reduce the RPGT hit to our properly sales, can we "fake" the receipt, saying the house is fully furnish with Airconds, plaster ceilings, sofa, fridge etc. etc.

Will LHDN office come to your place and check it out?

For removable items let say fridge, can easily say it will be moved in after hand in keys but for non removable items like aircond, kitchen cabinet etc.
