This post was written in that forum more than a year ago, september 2007. may i ask, is this method still applicable now? currently i'm using tmnet 384kbps connection and the modem that tmnet giving me. usually during the day, my download speed is around 0-0.1kbps but at night it can go up to 12kpbs. so may i ask all of you how to improve this without using vpn or upgrade my connection?

guys...i need help/advice....for last two days, my dvd(samsung dvd rom) died. it appear on my bios, but not in windows...on the first day, i can still see the icon but when i click it, it hangs. but a day after that, even the icon did not appear! i cannot access my dvd. i've tried add new hardware but still cannot detected. then i installed the driver for it...also no use...haiyoooo pening nih...tolooong!!! even when i check at the registry(local machine) it also not detected there.

p.s. if someone ever experience this, is it because the dvd spoiled or the windows? or is it because of virus? or starforce? isk...

pc cannot boot

hello guys...i got some problem since i got my pc but i think is not really a problem until recently....my problem is my pc cannot boot.

ok the symtoms is when i turn on my pc, i heard the fan spinning and the power led(green) is light up but for only about 1 or 2 second then the cpu fan stop spinning but the green led still on but not the HDD activity led(red). so do my monitor is blank as there is no signal...also my keyboard numlock led is not light up. and one more...so do my laser mouse..no red light beneath.so i've opened my casing and inspect.

then its true that my fan stop spinning seconds after i turn it on.like it was dead except for the green power light....i suspected the power supply so i pull the power cable for my dvd rom n cd writer....still the same thing happens...but only when i pull my hard disk power cable then i reboot, i can!!! the fan spinning, my monitor got the bios but ofcourse it is untill that part only because no boot media....

so owh my sifus and gurus in the cyberspace...please help me...if there is anyone who ever experienced this thing....what is happening to my beloved computer?

ok my hipotesis is the power is insufficient to power up my hard disk....how about yours? and is there anything i can do? my specs is as below...help!!!!

Hi all apples fan and gurus...may i ask you all something? i'm upgrading my emac power pc g4's ram...it only has 128 sdram...i am thinking to go for another 128 sdram..but my question is the ram is 128 133sdram..so can i use pc's 128 133sd ram? or do i need to find a specific ram for mac? please help me coz i had to install keynote 3 inside of it...waaaaa....help.....
