[WTA] How come CIMB debit card cannot use MyPSN

As the title stated above, I was wondering how come CIMB debit card cannot be used with MyPSN. Seems kinda ridiculous to me if I need to start another bank account and get another card just to use with PSN.

How come eh ?

Sorry if this was already explained, I tried my best to search, and all I found was a thread from May last year saying cannot use, but no reason stated. If it was already explained somewhere, then forgive my noobness

I suck at bf2 how come people can kill me even if i shoot first. Is there somekind of trick cuz they are shooting accurately and can kill me faster even at point blank range T-T
