http://forum.lowyat.net/ Thu, 18 Jun 2026 10:51:44 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/725251 Hi guys,<br /><br />Has anyone heard of this people where they can help you to get house loan for 5 houses, and help you to find tenants in which the rentals will be able to cover all the loan repayment?<br /><br />In order to qualify you have to be:<br />- must be 25-30 years old<br />- must be employed<br />- must be earning rm1,700 and above<br />- must provide original documents of appointment letter+latest 3 months pay slip+latest bank statement+latest credit report from Bank Negara<br /><br />This guy is freelance &amp; only earn from the house sales 2% commision..he can even paint, do electric/plumber work for your house before renting out.<br /><br />But my concern is that we have to give him the above mentioned original documents while he sourcing for the houses (mostly in Bukit Cheras or nearby area as he claimed he&#39;s familiar with the developers &amp; management)...the duration of the whole thing is about 6 months for 5 houses ( or 3...depends on your income)....<br /><br />Any opinion?
