Mild steel spray painted awning vs GI

Considering doing a glass roof with spray painted mild steel for its frame vs GI frame spray painted. There is a big price difference, hence i am hessitant. How long can mild steel spray painted stay rust free? Am planning to have one part of the frame uncovered so its going to be exposed to the rain.

Appreciate any advice.

Vacant Possession without Individual Title

My developer has informally told me that my landed house is ready for key collection. However, no notice to collect was sent, just an invoice and CCC. And I have been told that my individual title is going to take 2 or 3 months to complete.

It seems like it's not in accordance to the schedule of payment in the S&P that states:-

3. On date of VP with water & electricity rmxx
4. On date of VP as in no 3 where developer has delivered to the Purchaser the original issue document of the building lot to the Purchaser rmxx
5. On date of VP, to place retention sum to developers solicitor as stakeholder rmxx

My question is:-
1. Can the developer issue VP without the individual title having been transferred to me? (Seems this is what they are trying to do)
2. If I take VP now and the title still hasn't transferred in the two months that they promise, do i have recourse to LAD?

Am not sure not if I should take VP or just wait for the title to settle then take VP. Appreciate the answers.
