Uk civil engineering degree good?

Hi guys, after reading a lot of information i knows that UK's BEng(Hons) three years in civil engineering degree is not recognize by BEM . So i have some questions:

1) This means i even cannot register as a graduate engineer in Malaysia? but in UK i can register as a Incorporate engineer right?

2) As a Incorporate engineer is it sufficient already to work in private company in Malaysia or in UK? and will it have the opportunity to promote in future? Or lesser compare to a recognize one

3) why for twinning programme, to UK or Australia we also need to study for two years to get a degree, but one is recognized another one is not? This means that after study two years of diploma in Malaysia's college and apply to go overseas. For UK Uni, they accept you to enter their 2nd year of their 3 years BEng. BUT for Australia they let you enter their 3rd year of their 4 years BEng. Both of the countries need us to study for two more years but the result is different. Therefore i need to know actually UK degree is higher/harder or Australia one? as for UK if i want to study to get the recognize one in need to study for 3 years to get a MEng.

3) 4 years MEng from UK and 4 years BEng from Australia which standard is higher?

4) is it a must to study till MEng or another route--- to MSc if i go to UK to study? let's say if i come out with a UK's BEng is it hard to find work in both Malaysia or UK.

thanks if u guy can give me these question answers . i've email to IEM to asked about similar questions two months ago but i did not receive any reply. i've send the question to 4 persons in IEM
