Studying in Germany

Hello,
I'm currently a student Edexcel A-Level and decided to go either locally or Germany but my parents don't encourage me to stay local and want me to be overseas and I'm interested in Germany

What's the requirement to enter Germany's unis? I don't know German language ( some suggestion where to learn it? )
I'm choosing either forensic science or medicine.

I'm sorry but I really cannot get answers from other threads. I wanted to buy iPod mainly because of .
1) Listening to musics
2)Watching videos
3)Some e-book reading
4)Games, maybe some intensive games

Although I can afford iPod Touch 5G, but the real question is it really worth it for all the things I need to do as listed above. Is it worth it to spend extra RM500 to get the new gen?
What do you think? I seriously need advice.

I'm currently studying pure science subjects ( bio, phy, chem and math ) in MCKL which offers Edexcel A-Level. I dont know which course i should pursue in university which promises a good job in the future. Any suggestions?
