Looking for original song for a commercial game

Our company is looking for original song,
to put into game, as theme song, or for marketing purpose.

We need two versions of them, a Chinese version, and an English version.
Most important is the music, as there is lyricist in the company.
Vocalist will be the female artist of the company.

The female artist,
18 years old, elegant type of pop girl.

1. Love Song x 1
Slow ballad, love song. It doesn't matter whether it is about sweet love or heartbreaking story.
The story for it, should be about love of young teenage girl. It's easier to choose the main actor of the MV.

2. Kpop Dance Music x 1
Fast song, or medium. Aroused, strong beat. Refer to those Kpop that can dance hotly.
The story for it, is about 2 models vying over a male model. The heroine is a new young model, and her rival is the top model then, and both vying with each other fearlessly.
Make sure this song can be choreographed to kpop hot dance, that this MV will has a bunch of dancer dancing in it.

We need it by 14th December.
