Notice period during probation

I got a job offer from a MNC company as event exe.

One of the point in offer letter is the notice period to resign during probation is one month (Probation period : 6 months) and after confirmation, notice period is 2 months. I can accept the 2 months notice period after confirmation. But during probation is one month notice if I want to resign. Isn't that too long?

Besides, if I need to take MC, I will have to inform the management BEFORE commencement of medical leave. But how do I know I'm going to sick. What if today I'm alright but suddenly tml I'm sick and cant' work.

Anyone can advise?

my laptop adapter is suddenly spoil. I can use it in the afternoon but at nite when I take back home, it is not functioning anymore. I try it on other laptop, the result is same as well. Does it mean that I cant use it anymore. It's only one year plus. How much is the original adapter cost? Anyone know?

I saw W830 in the web..the design n' function seem like almost the same with w850 except the 3g function...but i wonder is it available in malaysia..cus like saw it before...
