Hi all, about 2 months ago my little one started waking up very often in the middle of the night and started crying and screaming. This led to a big change in her voice and it has not returned to normal. Any good doctor or voice professionals to recommend?

Drain Cleaner Hose for Pressure Washer

I have a Black & Decker PW1400S pressure washer and would like to clean my main drain due to very slow flow into the septic tank. I've tried like 5 different chemical products but all to no avail. Paid plumber few hundreds and it was fine only for almost a month before it's blocked again. I am looking for something like this:

Anyone knows which one would fit the Black & Decker's connector? Wouldn't want to buy one and then cannot use...or at least combination of the hose + adapter.

What to do if defect not fixed within 30 days?

What should we do if developer is taking too long to complete the defects? It was reported end Dec 2019, til today, still not completed. They even asked to do a joint inspection to close the defects, but now cancelled cos they said cannot make it in time. 2 months plus and still not ready

Can seller force buyer to use his lawyer?

I am a buyer, and both parties already agreed on a price and signed the letter of offer. However, now the seller wants me to use his lawyer, and it seems like he would not budge if I want to hire my own lawyer. If he does not agree and cancel the transaction, is there any law to protect me as the buyer? Seems unfair to force the buyer to hire his own lawyer.

VIVO Problem

It took me hours to figure out VIVO works on my MSI NX6600GT Diamond Edition. In the end I found out that I need to install the nVidia Capture Driver. I tried connecting my digital camera to the "composite in" jack using a VIVO Adapter. It worked, but....

after a few minutes, my PC and monitor died...the power LED still on though....but i can't press anything on my keyboard...my monitor is blank...so, i removed the VIVO adapter from my GC...later, the same thing happened...but after uninstalling the capture driver, the problem is solved. anyone knows what the problem is? i really want to use video in cos i don't have a TV to play PS2...
