Hi, anyone can recommend the contractor that they engaged before and workmanship is good? Please PM me.

Not looking for the cheapest in the market but prefer mid ranged with work quality.

Prefer contractor that pau kar liao the following :-

Plaster ceiling
Install all lights & fan
Install aircond, hood & hob & built in electrical items
Painting
Carpentry works (eg tv cabinet, shoe cabinet, wardrobe & kitchen)

Is it possible to submit our salary slips to a bank to check on how much loan I can borrow without referring to any specific project? Need to know my credit worthiness before I commit to a purchase. FYI I am already servicing a joint loan currently.

Need help to decide :-

(A) 85% loan with -2.45% ; or
(B) 90% loan with -2.4%

And if we take 90% loan, can we still apply for EPF withdrawal even if developer give rebate for 10%?

Is this a good investment?

Need some advice if this is a good investment / rental return calculations. Totally new to property investment.

Is a low rise walk up apartment (basic, no facilities other than gated & guarded) for 130k with a current rental of RM800 a good investment? Located down south (not in KL) and its very near AEON outlet. Tenant mix is some chinese/malay and also Indon/Bangla workers from AEON.

If purely based on asking price vs rental I assume its very good?
