1. Incompetent
2. Lack of curiosity
3. Have no faith in others
4. Have zero industry knowledge
5. Often bothered by processes, documents and stuffs that serve no purpose
6. Downright annoying
7. Insecure
8. Think they are a class above the developers, architects and other project team members
