Myeg mobile app renew roadtax

Yesterday morning I using MYEG Mobile app to renew roadtax, after payment make by credit card, and the OTP also punch in. But at last payment gateway time out, credit card been deducted, but the record not appear in roadtax delivery status.
Call to MYEG helpline, they told me need time to check.

Does anyone encounter this issue before? just wonder requires how many day to solve the problem
