I was wondering if it's possible to apply credit card or loan with uber and grab statement. Anyone have experience in this before?

Confused.. What should I do next?

The story started when I went out with buddies to get some drinks. One of my friend always so keen to meet and greet foreigners especially ang mo. So he went over to a group at the bistro and started to talk to them. We just tagged along with him and at the end of the night we made friends with some pretty cool people.
Among them there's this girl from usa that I'm specially fond of. We talked about a lot of things and found out that we have a lot in common. She's an expat and have been working here for almost a year now. I hangout with her a lot like almost everyday and we were always being these goofballs and tease each other and be cool with it. Sometime she will stay overnight at my place but of course la nothing happen. We're more like really close friend if anything.
Anyway nothing happen until one night when we went out with her friend to get some drinks. We got a bit drunk then went back home to my place. I was lying on my bed about to doze off when she came in and said if she can lie beside me. We cuddled a bit when suddenly she said she's sad and even started to cry. I didn't ask her why she's crying but was trying to comfort her. I'm guessing it has something to do with her ex as she did tell me her story before and it ended pretty badly. While cuddle we got really close and kinda start kissing each other and you know what happen next.
Next morning when we woke up until the time I dropped her off at her work we didn't mention once about what happen last night. I was waiting for her to say something but it didn't happen. When I was about to give her a kiss before she got out from car she rejected and said no that happened cause we're drunk and things just happened. Sure I was a bit drunk but I'm conscious enough the whole night to know everything that happen and I'm sure she's the same too. And I don't feel the way we are now it's a one night stand. I was hoping it's something more than that.
After that day we still meet and hangout almost everyday but things changed a bit. We talks with much softer and politer tones instead of like previously just being a jerk to each other. Before that night she told me before she's not hoping for relationship at the moment because of her ex and she want to think only for herself and I respect that. Even after that night I didn't once express my feelings or anything towards her but obviously I wasn't being myself too. She asked me several times already why I'm feeling moody and I just said that I'm not it's how I look like.
I'm confused now as to where we stand actually. Are we still just close friend? More than friend? Friend with benefit? It's a lie if I said I've no feeling for her because I do and I care very much about her. I'm just not sure how does she feels about me. What should I do now?
