how much is Maybank SC account SD contra Incentive

last week doing some transaction sell and buy within same day using maybank SC account, i thought is 0.42% to 1%, after few days suddenly see stock account got SD contra Incentive bank in, i wonder actually how much is the actual rate for SC account contra transaction?

My rumahwip just finished build 800 sqft, just talk with a contractor, he send me this quotation after we discuss what to do, i dont know whether the price list is reasonable or not.

This part only to do a very small kitchen kabinet, yard windows, toilet glass, purchase and install all the 26 LED lights and 5 Fans, create extra 8 power point,4 aircond power point and make all 4 windows+yard+door+balcony grilled powder coating steel, yard windows, paint whole unit, cement board 603sqf and 2 water heaters, which ald cost me rm 20k. will it expensive？

请他装修的部分目前只是做一个小的石灰桌放煮饭的炉、然后在yard做完整个窗口作为厨房用途、厕所放两片玻璃、购买和安装26个LED电灯、5把风扇、2个热水器、弄多8个电插座、4个冷气插座、做4个窗口+yard厨房+阳台+大门的铁花、客厅+吃饭+房间的石膏板、整间单位油漆ICI，总共20千，这个价钱合理吗？会贵吗？

I wonder whether my current career progress still ok or i need to find a new job

I just received my increment notification last month which increase around rm 800

current age: near 30
job position: senior account specialist/analyst ( account payable only )
current salary plus cash allowance : RM 7300 ( before increment 6500 )
2018 performance bonus : 4 months
Annual Leave : 21 days, if no use all, 10 days bring forward, remaining can encash, i had encash 2017 unused leave as rm 6000 in january 2018
other benefit is medical card can cover 70k annual medical fee

I not yet become a team leader or promoted into another higher job level, director inform me that although my current job level's salary near the max salary celling, however as long as i got a good work performance, i still can entitled for increment. but manager say a huge probability i will be promoted on early of next year, mean that i had to compete with other person in same level next year, like team leader and junior manager, if i no perform well, may not get increment on next year follow company policy.

I had stay in this company more than 6 years, but my leadership is weak and i not confident to myself. Once i promoted to a higher level, my skill may not strong than other higher level employees... i worry i may get a poor result

Should i still stay in this company for another year or search a new job for a more higher salary ?

Dilemma on whether changing current job

My job is Account payable accountant specialist in a shared service center, i have working for more than 7 years in the same company, my age around 27 to 30~

Currently salary + fixed cash allowances around rm 6,500 , this year haven't increment yet, because company policy is on 4th quarter of that year only will announce salary adjustments/increment, may adjust until rm 7,000.

Previously, i have few job offers as SSC manager or team leader with salary around rm 7,600 to rm 8,000. Job scope is broader than current job scope and need handle the team around 10 to 15 peoples.

I facing dilemmas of should i choose accept new jobs or stay on current company, need some advice.

My current company is a large MNC company, which mainly reward outstanding performance employees. On 2016, I didn't have increment due to poor KPI performance on 2015. However, on 2016 i did work hard, so i manage to get rm 800 as increment in 2017 and 4.2 months bonus on that year and this year.

Normally for my company:

Yearly increment range is rm 400 to rm 800, depend on performance, normally i get rm 400.
Yearly bonus for Top performance employee can reach 6 months, average performance employee is 4 months, and low performance employee is 2 to 3 months ( depend )

My current job task still consider comfortable, not challenging because i only handle AP specialize task, and my work location is very nearby LRT which is convenient, but i cant foresee my future in this company because too many competitors. Meanwhile, I am ACCA approved accountant but i no process any full-set accounting before. this consider as my weakness because i stay on AP department for a long long time...

Should i move on to another company to take on manager or team leader position, my two previous/ex-manager advice me should stay, because outside other shared service center's bonus is very low compare to my company SSC and the increment maybe only 3% to 5%.

I feel confused
