My New Split Routine

Dear sifus,

My body is adapting to my current routine. At the same time it's getting harder and harder to do as compound exercises are killing me.

Advice needed on my newly planned split routine. It's time to prioritize and concentration on muscle parts.

Chest/Legs - Day 1
Incline Bench Press (Upper Chest)
Flat Bench Press (Chest)
Chest Dip (Lower Chest)
Squat (Quads, Calves)
Leg Extension (Quads)
Seated Calf Raise (Calves)
Bicycle Crunch (Abs)
Leg Raise (Abs)

Shoulder/Back - Day 2
Seated Db Press (Shoulders)
Upright Barbell Roll (Traps)
Reverse Flyes (Shoulders)
Pullups (Lats)
Low Roll (Back)
Lying T-Bar Roll (Back)
Superman (Back,Abs)
Ab Roller (Abs)

Arms - Day 3
Inclince Hammer Curl (Inner Biceps)
Close Grip Barbell Curl (outer Biceps)
Preacher Curl (Biceps)
Tricep PushDown (Triceps)
Skull Crusher (Triceps)
Tricep Dip(Triceps)
Plank (Abs)
Side Bend(Abs)

I've yet to execute it and therefore I aint sure how many sets and reps i should be doing. At the moment, I'll probably gonna start with 3 x 8 or 3 x 10 as it works best for me based on past experience.

Resting time in between sets will be at less than or at 60 seconds for high intensity.

Thanks in advance for ur valuable input ~!
Posting Responsibility ~!

Dear H&F addicts,

Lately, I've noticed an inflow of posting and replies in this forum from various users. I know this is an open forum and people have every right to post as they pleased. Thus, the reason of me opening this thread.

I would like to stress the needs for importance of accuracy when posting is done here. Health and Fitness are something that must be handled with extreme care. Posting replies and comments that does not justify truth might caused injury to others and in extreme cases, life~! We do not want any of the issues here to be moved to "Real World Issues" and being published by the newspaper dont we?

There are abundance information which you can google and read about online. Do read as much as you could to ensure the truthfulness of your posting in this forum. Readers should not only rely on replies from fellow users here as well and should venture elsewhere to justify what's been read. You do need to know what and why you are doing something right?

Sometimes, when it comes to health, there isn't an exact formula for it since our physics and body composition varies from one another. Some might find a workout routine effective while others show little results. It's a matter of trial and error till you get what suits your body the most. Make sure you do it the right way.

When it comes to questions that involves medicine and doctor's diagnostic,I would strongly suggest that you head straight to physicians for information. Posting it here might confuse you even further and stress you out in the process. Inquiring regarding experiences of illness is perfectly fine. We do need to share our hardship with others who have gone through it and help each other.

Still, we should be able to have fun and enjoy this forum as much as we could. Sarcasm and "words of motivations" shouldn't be left out. It's in the dictionary. Why shouldn't it be here right? But do state what you are trying to tell others. Maybe an indication such as (*sarcasm post) would do the trick. Others that does not follow this forum might take it as facts and I dont think anyone will take responsibility if something serious happens.

So fellow bros and sis, Read at your own discretion and reply responsibly ~!

Ubuntu 7.04 on Intel Mac

Hey guys,

After 1/2 a day of effort and much reading, I've finally managed to Tri-boot Mac OsX, Vista and Ubuntu Feisty on my macbookpro. Got almost everything working with Ubuntu and installed beryl without much problems. So those of you who would like to try your hands on Ubuntu 7.04 on your beloved Mac machines, I suggest this site for your kind perusal. It's one of the simplest and workable guide I've came across so far.

http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/jzshen/install_feisty.htmlhttp://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/jzshen/install_feisty.html

Make sure U have internet connect when u are installing this. Terminal will need to download the ati driver in order for Gnome to work. Also, make sure you install grub on your linux partition instead of MBR.

Post installation guides are all over the web and can be configured with ease.
For C2D user, kindly use Ndiswrapper as wifi Driver. Madwifi Driver is only for CD users.

For beryl Use xserver-glx ATI driver instead of xorg.fglrx driver. After the installation, U will need to manually add beryl and emerald theme to the start up session.

Cheers~!
Change Screen Resolution in Safe Mode

All Sifus, Kindly Advice.

I used a Pc at home with my LCD and set it to 1280 X 1024 resolution. Now I've moved the Pc to my office and the Crt monitor does not support that resolution and thus display nothing. So I run Safe Mode and try to fix it. But it doesn's seems to save the setting in save mode. Is there any other way to change the resolution without taking the pc home or bringing my LCD over to the office??

Thanks In advance.~!
