I am in the midst of having 1 property registered under my newly set up llp but the bank actually screw up my loan application and it is now approved under personal capacity ie property can not owned by company but under individual instead. So frustrating.

Have been working in sg (big 4) for awhile now but recently gotten an offer to be posted back. Banking. 5 digit salary - Myr.

As long as sgd stays at 3.15, I'm getting a pay cut and to make matter worse, there's additional 20% income tax at that bracket.. But since there's a window now to switch roles and with 10+k as base to jump around, potentially good for career advancement???

Current role - audit senior 5k sgd
Offered role - risk review / manager - 11k - 12k myr

Serious. What will you do if you are in my position?
