My lumia 920 is dead, hard/soft reset doesn't work at all, not even vibrating. Tried to charge it, but it doesn't even vibrate as well when i plug in the cable. My warranty expired, any recommended shop to repair lumia 920 near cheras? please help

hi all, getting a new lumia 920 from SEVEN MOBILE tomorrow. Worry get a phone which got problem. Any suggestion what to check for the device to make sure everything goes fine? Except checking IMEI, what else can i make sure the phone is original? SIFU PLEASE GUIDE ME...

Real time live tiles

I'm a Nokia Lumia 800 user. Base on my experiences, as I know that the so called ''LIVE'' tiles in windows phones are not really up to date. The live tiles just won't update instantly! For example, Me tiles or friends you pinned on the start screen. Although Facebook is integrated with windows phone, but it is not really functioning well. Why? Just another example, things simple like Facebook message, I don't mind that the message didn't come INSTANTLY or delayed to my phone, but the worst thing is sometimes it don't even show up in my phone! And i have to keep on apologizing to my friends for the late reply because I don't even know they sent me message via Facebook chat. This is really frustrating!

I'm a big fans of Nokia Lumia 920, I love the design, I love how solid it is when I hold it in my hand, I love the concept and especially the camera! But, I want to ask people who used a Lumia 920 whether Windows phone 8 still having the issue that i mentioned above or not. I don't understand why Nokia or Microsoft call it a ''LIVE TILE'' if it does not serve what it mean.
