ERP vs Non-ERP?

For the pass 5 years, I have been working my ass off in IT industry, I finally ended up in a decision point where opportunity and money comes into play....

It's either taking the red or blue pills, long story short, if you are given opportunity to
a) Enroll yourself in ERP world such as 'Peoplesoft, JD-Edwards, Oracle Businness Application' (Not SAP) without increase of current pay but remain with current pay, stay as junior or beginner OR
b) Take an offer for a job with increase of 30% of your current pay and moving forward to senior or manager level.

Which one will you take? Do you agree that in IT as employee to earn more, you need to work in ERP because money is going there and it is more better because it is not a tools (java, .net) but a technical solutions business functional bundle together? for short, ERP expertise are hard to find and not many have the skill, that's why it get to pay high.

Concern for a
1) No increment or little increment for the next 2 to 3 years because you are overpaid in the skill you have.
2) You can only see the result(do earn more) in the next 2 to 3 years and what if you are 30 by that time?
3) Can your salary race over tremendously with the previous 5 years experience that you have provided you are not in manager level in the next 2 to 3 years?
4) Not SAP, you can jump into 2 or 3 company in Malaysia.

Concern for b
1) Opportunity dont come always, you miss one..
2) More money in a competitive market
3) you consider advanced or expert roles in the skill you have
4) widely use, you can hop to anywhere

Which is better in long run? What if you need money the most at the meantime......
