Battery icon not showing

Hey guys, my laptop's battery icon is not showing on the task-bar. So i went to Google and found a solution which was go to device manager and scan for new hardware. It is work but unfortunately the battery icon will disappear again whenever i shut down my laptop and so i have to do it repeatedly.

My question is:
1. how to make the battery not automatically uninstall (device manager) ?
2. how to make the battery icon stay on the task-bar?
