Hi All,

I think we should discuss more on sub-sales landed properties especially those with 10 years old and above located in mature areas such likes Taman Desa, Old Klang road, Kuchai Lama, Bukit Jalil, Puchong and etc.

I am very interesting to know that an old design landed properties versus new design modern landed properties. Am saw quite of new launches (not that mature areas) selling prices are more or less similar to those old design landed properties.

If you are buying for own stay which one will you guys prefers?
