PC problem

Here is the problem.

Symptom : I tried to boot up my sister PC. But then there is no display show on the monitor. It is like stuck by the time i press the power on. The power and busy LED are ON. The monitor is in ORANGE color. All fans are work.

Method tried : I had tried reseating some of the parts except the PSU but failed to solve. I even tried to reset the CMOS because I suspect the bios got problem but failed too. I do suspect the mobo having problem. But just a rough guess and no proof on it.

Suggestion?
So can anyone try to give a suggestion?

question about cdcase alike

wan to ask any tools that can play songs like cdcase but no nid to launch the player like yahoo widget miniplayer do?

cdcase nid to launch winamp in order to play the songs....
yahoo widget do wad i wan but it has limited choice of skin....no1 suit my taste

Any1 can snap his ds3 rig with air cooling?

as topic...i duno those 2 coolers will make a good partner...i see the ttbt vx is very big in term of size...i duno can fit wit hr05/sli or not on ds3 board....

gip me some comment...if cant fit den im gonna get scythe ninja plus and hr05
prefer ttbt vx coz the fan face side when look from the acrylic side panel (nicer)
ninja 1 hav to put the fan side of the sinks...not so cool when u look from side

Bluescreen / Blackout

The screen always hang - blackout without loading (only can see cursor) and sometimes display blue screen with many wordings (not enough time to read as it reboots so fast).

I found out is my new RAM (just bought in PcFair - OneSource) problem as I use memtest and it gives many errors. The old RAM I dun think giving any trouble as i tested an hour without error notice. So what shud I do next? Go claim warranty from the Kingston Support Center or claim from the shop where I bought it or any technical solution such as software that can repair RAM errors?

Sry for my noobiness in this field and thanks for lending ur helping hand here.
