PC auto restart without BSOD or log record

Hi all,

Got problem with my pc, can anyone help in diagnose or solve this issue.

My pc keeps on auto restart without BSOD or log record of telling me what is the issue. First the pc restart after 1 hour of idle, now the pc restart on log on screen. I have done clean OS install, update all driver, using boot disk only, but still the same.

PC SPEC:

CPU : Ryzen 7 3700x -new
MOBO: Asrock B450M Steel legend -new
RAM : 16GB Delta Force 3200mhz by Teamgroup, detected 2400mhz only - ram not valid for this board, but been using it since DEC 2019-new
GPU : Galax 1060 6gb - used
SSD : NVME XPG SX8200 PRO -new
PSU : Super flower silver eco 500watt - new
Cooler : AIO Zoomflow 240 new - temp 45 to 55 idle

Diagnose:

1. AIDA 64 cache test failed.
2. GPU Burn test failed.
3. MEMtest cannot complete, restart right after test start.
3. CPU BURN test ok.
4. Change ram slot - still restart.
5. Change ram to kingston value ram 2666mhz -still restart.
6. Loosen AIO pump a bit - still restart
7. using on board graphic - well r7 3700x dont have on board graphic and no other GPU.
8. Change PSU - Psu is new, defect?

Can anyone help me to solve this?
