Confusing..

I know this gal for a month already, have been contacting each other almost everyday by sms..Past few days I gave her a birthday present and dated her yesterday..unfortunately she told me that she was not free and only free after 10pm. She sms me after that to asked me whether I want to date her on yesterday or another day..i said another day is better since she has to get up early today morning.

Yesterday after 10pm she was with A( her female fren) to console A about some unhappy thing..
While we were sms-ing, she said "why dont you ask me that why i still go out with fren as i tell u that i have to get up early tomorrow morning?" @@.. I never thought of asking this because I think it is ok to go out with other fren for her..
I replied:" maybe I am less important? would you answer me if I ask you this question now?"
She replied:" Not because of this reason. If you have question just ask me directly next time, to avoid misunderstanding. Keep this question and ask me when we meet up next time. OK? And see whether you still remember this Q or not next time. And also wan to see whether you really wan to know the answer or not"

Advice Needed about RnD Engineer

I just started my first job as an RnD engineer in an aircond manufacturing company. But it is more likely a design job without much relating research. The turnover rate in this company is really high because of the salary increment matter but this company can really provide me a flexible working experience because the employee can actually request for job replacement which expose them to other job scope. Now I am wondering, after few years of experience in this aircond design field, which type of company I can actually join afterwards? Does my few years experience in aircond deisgn counts if i wish to join consultancy firm later? Thanks in advance..

Cant connect to internet in vista

I have dual boot OS in my laptop: Vista and XP
I have no problem in the internet connection in XP. However, I cant connect in Vista? Why? Able to connect with the router but no internet connection.

P/S:it happens suddenly, it doesnt has this problem before.

Frequent Fake Antispyware Ad Pop Up

Keep getting this sort of antispyware ad whenever my browser is on, either firefox or IE...
What could possibly cause this problem?
I have run through a Ad-Aware full scan but detect nothing and finish windows updates as well..

(Currently running McAfee anti virus at background and OS is Vista.)

Internet Connection Problem

I am currently using a modem router(Aztech 600ER) to connect 2 laptops to internet. The strange problem is, when "A" laptop is switched on..the DSL light will become stable very fast but when only "B" laptop is switched on..it takes much much more longer for the DSL light become stable(more than 30 minutes,sometime might not stop blinking)

Can anyone explain this? How to fix it?

I confessed to the one I like 2 weeks ago and I got rejected. Her reason is she has just been treating me as her friend and nothing more than that..I feel depressed for sure after that..
Yesterday night..I just realized that she is in a new relationship with someone who she has just know for about 3 weeks time..She knew him through her friend..he helped them in their assignment and maybe this leads to the good feeling of her towards him...and now they have become couple...
Seriously..I don`t know why she choose someone who she has just knew..don`t she feel risky to accept someone so fast? Is not there a need to understand that guy further before accepting him?
I don`t feel jealous and I do not hate her..There are just too many questions in my mind..He has only few months left to graduate and we have 2 more years to go..
To all female forumers...would you do something like her?

I like my former housemate...We can still joking around before somebody teasing between me and her..but somehow she treat me coldly after she know about it...Why?
I dare not to take action because I am afraid that we cant be friend anymore if I fail..I know that would happen certainly..
Her best friend told me that she likes guy who is brave enough to woo her...it is normal for her to build up a barrier with the guy who others teasing her with...that guy should just cross over the barrier and sure can get her..
I dont understand...what is the barrier for? She always keep a distance away from me whenever I try to stay near with her..Does it mean I have to make things clear by confessing to her? But I see no hope from all of this things..
I cant concentrate on my study because of this matter...Seriously I have the impulse to confess to her directly without caring about the consequences now...I want to know what is she thinking!!

Why is it so difficult to understand her? Sometime she is friendly to me but sometime not..

SE Battery Drain Fast Suddenly!

I am using w300i currently. I just bought it about one month ago and it is midland set. Yesterday, my hp battery remain 12% after I wake up...what`s going on?!?!?
It was still about 80% last night!!
Last time my hp turn off by itself after i wake up some more...because out of battery at all...
Is there anyone face this problem before? How to solve this problem? Does battery life affected due to the environment?

May I know how can I get a book which mph bookstore do not have?
The book I am looking for is a Statics textbook.
(Vector mechanics for engineer: Statics SI edition)
Somemore, I am taking statics this subject for this sem...after this sem...no more statics this subject..so...should i buy a textbook to enhance my knowledge about statics? Is statics relates much with the future subjects I am going to take in mechanical engineering?
