Hi as per title, if I am signing an under-con project, how to protect my interest for LAD claims later? since stated in the SPA developer will have 48 months from SPA date and SPA date is current date. Should there be any sub-clause or supporting documents to protect my interest in case developer late delivery?

Hi, can advise which setup is better?

Setup 1: 2gb ram x 2 (yellow ram slots)

Comparison: 4gb vs 6gb

why is it that when use setup 1 speed is 800mhz but setup 2 the speed is only 667 mhz? Dram frequency also lower for 6gb (333.3 mhz) vs 4gb(399.9 mhz).

I have two pcs - below are the mobo and gc specs and the current working condition

PC 1-
mobo: GA-EP45-DS3 / https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-EP45-DS3-rev-10#ov (working ok)
gc: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series (kaput already, always get BSOD and the images distorted )

PC 2-
mobo: GA-M56S-S3 / https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-M56S-S3-rev-1x#ov (working ok)
gc: ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT (working ok)

Can the graphic card from PC 2 used on PC 1 ? any compatibility issues?

Mobo sata speed vs HDD sata speed

Hi guys, i recently purchased a new hdd - 1TB WD Caviar Blue, it comes with 6GB/s sata speed. My MOBO is a really old one, the specs i check online is only 3GB/s sata speed. So in this case I can oly achieve 3GB/s am I right?

Counter offer by current employer

Hi, my current company request the offer letter by new company so that HR can justify to higher level on preparing a new counter offer. Is this a normal practice?

Reason for leaving current company: no increment for past 2-3 years due to oil price crisis.

So technically if counter offer good or offer higher salary I "might" accept it.

I want to know if presenting my offer letter from another company to current company is a normal practice for HR to prepare counter offer? If so, should I censored details of my new company?

There is this loading 20% on the basic premium. How come got loading? My car is 2008 myvi.

Below it there is this act premium rm59.05

What is act premium?

Hi guys, need expert opinion on which led tv to get..

most important got good picture quality and colour. will be using it to watch movie and astro..

smart tv function not important - but if price diff not much its okay to take it

saw that currently it is up to 2160p / 4K , is it important since most video resolution and astro should be 1080P only? sorry newbie to this thingy

also, does bigger screen means the pic quality will drop also, what is the standard size nowadays, currently still using CRT..so need ur expert opinion..cheers

[WTA] Take car loan vs Buying with cash

Hi investment gurus, please advice,

Purchasing a new myvi 1.3 - OTR price - RM 48,424.30

I have the ability to purchase with cash,

assuming if i am taking a 5 years loan at 2.7% for 40K

or buying with cash

which is the better option?

if financing the car with loan, my 40K will be put into FD (assume 3.1% interest) for the duration of 5 years.

which will give me a better return?

Side notes (discount give by car salesperson):

Purchasing using cash - rm800 discount
Financing using loan - rm1400 discount

Also, will be using the car for at least 5 years ..

which is the better choice or any other recommendations? Thanks people, my own research says taking loan better option but I have read car loan is not a good choice as the effective interest rate is higher. But i have done calculation using car loan calculator, it shows the other way. So a little confuse with my calculation method. Please advice!

Guys, im using maxis prepaid(hotlink). Just now suddenly my phone got no line .Then i tried restarting my phone. After some time oni got the maxis 3G sign. But still i kenot make calls or receive calls .Even sms. Any idea why?
