As I know their news, seagate already closed down their factory in seremban and penang.
However, there are still got vacancy post in Jobstreet.
Is it reliable to apply?

It is my brother scenario.

He will be sent to LA USA for training by his company for 3 months++.
All the expenses you have to pay first but they can be claimed.
It includes flight fare and accommodation and transport in USA.

They didn't provide the meal allowance, but you can claim by receipt, max limit is 28USD.

We were discussing on it, and the problem is:
If he wants buy daily stuff, so he has to buy it by his own money as no daily allowance for meal. if it is provided, at least he can control it. We were thinking it is not just 1 month but it is 3 months++.
Do you think he should discuss with his management? Is it too demanding if he requests on it?
Please advise.

My boss asked me to leave if I further study

I just started my a new job.
Before signing my employment letter, I have tell my director regarding my furthering study to master.
He has said it shall not a problem on that and he said they don't encourage people to do OT also. As long as I have finished the job, I can go back at 530pm at which it is the off working hour.
I have been here for 2 months and I am not being assigned any project yet. I just help and back up those seniors to finish the project and I did hand up to up to check on time.
However, today my supervisor has personally meet me in meeting room and mentioned that how do I cope my job since all the projects in company are always urgent one. It is very unfair to those people who always worked OT and cannot back on time. AND HE ADVISED ME TO TENDER, TO TERMINATE THE JOB.

dear all,
According to the situation, what would you advise me for following action taken.

Should I thicken my face to stay here or should I resign and complain to my director?

I have done a transcription for her and it has been 3 months, I haven't receive the pay from her.
The pay is RM100.

In the beginning, I have no idea she had such a bad reputation.
After keep on sending email to her with no reply from her, I just realize that she is named as conwoman before and it has been too late.

I am very tired of sending her email.
Can everyone here advise me how should I do?

Just wonder if I report to police, can it be considered a crime to charge her?

If everyone here got her other number or contact, kindly leave here as I just have her only one contact 01116390885 and she doesnt want to pick up my phone.

If you know her, can you convey the msg to her, she hasnt send me the pay.
