interns need some help...

Hello and greetings to all

i dont know even if i can post kind of things here. if this not suitable maybe tell me the suitable forum section

so, i am currently is a final year student in Bachelor in Culinary Art. and doing my 6 month compulsory internship and i am really struggling to completing this internship, i am drain mentally to keep my spirit up and desire.
i know my job as a cook and path of career as cook is not a easy job. it will be physical every single day standing, lifting, doing the job non stop 8 hours. and mental power to keep focus on the job.

this is not my first time to do an internship btw. this time is the third time i did it. so basically i already work at 3 5 star hotel. one of them are made 100% by malaysian 2 of them with international title. Out of all 3, current one is the one i hated the most and i have another 3 and half month to go.

Why do i hate this one? simple, i am do feel like to be abuse by the hotel hard and its getting ridiculous every single day.

1. the kitchen is massively under staffing. including me there are more then 15 interns, coming from a lot of the university. what i can say we are the cheap labor that they have. being Rm 200 per month and to add some salt with it, with any black and white they cut our allowance for epf, which i already inquiry the EPF through email that they cant do that. and i will be going to check my EPF account later.

2. some of the past or some of current interns do work more then 8 hours a day. FYI this hotel is quite different as their staff need to work 9 and half hours per day and they getting 2 day of rest day. like the office work lah. but intern do not have the option for that. we work 8 hours a day with 1 day off. for me that piss me off from the beginning of intern i did 2 hours of overtime, i believe only 5 times that i did get to go home nearly the time i should finish up my shift.

3. majority of the interns are very young. and alot of them from same university they did complaint to their lecture about finishing very late some of them not able to go for break. and their lecture did complaint to HR and the HR also do sent the complaint to the Exec chef. so these kids will be going home on time every single day. one extra hours of working they already piss so much even though not even 5pm yet. they start to be not i need mood their working is messy and left all for me to clean it up or finish their work. i believe they never understand this line of job that require a long hours of job every single day. if you able to go home early just call yourself very lucky. that bring to my next important point

4. zero benefit, zero compensation for us interns student do really make me feel like cheaper labor then the banglas and nepals. our extra hours no overtime being paid and cannot claim the extra hours for off day. as for some hotel did do that if you do extra hours not more then 4 hours a day if the total of extra hours is 8 hours that you able to accumulate you can claim a day off. for us interns nothing is being provided i believe this also making the others interns dont have any desire to stay for extra learning and of course complete the extra job that require time to time.

yes, i do understand doing internship is the way to get experience but do we deserve this? they expecting us to work like a staff but when we start to complaining they start calling us "just interns" "lucky to be here, we gambling taking you in" "your mistake gonna lead to more wastage to resources". i dont see any law that really helping us or protecting us. my past experience also saw how bad this hotel actually running and no wonder a lot of staff resign.

What to do? nearly every day 10 hours a day, saw staff that coming after me coming to work and they the one going home first. saw other interns going home exact time every day. really hurt me. what bad is i believe the HR kinda care and the are the one like no power. they say if any problem come see them. but nothing is being solve. no extra compensation, no benefit for our extra work. what is really bad is the staff get the service point thus the more busy the hotel with function the high the amount of money they gonna get. while we interns stuck with Rm 177.20 per month

i need some advice from all the sifu about potential upgrade for my current pc
This is my current rig

Processor - Intel Core I5 3470 3.20Ghz
MoBo - Asus P8B75-M LX PLUS
RAM - Kingston fury 4gb X2
HDD - Hitachi 500Gb and WD 1000Gb
GPU - Sapphire HD7770 1gb
PSU - FSP SAGA 2 500w

i do believe i only need upgrade my GPU and PSU. and my pc is for gaming and surfing.

my budget is 1000 and 1200 max

Need Headset/Headphone Recommendation.

Hi guys i need a recommendation for a headset/headphone.

my budget is not more then Rm 350 if possible and the item should be easy to get around PJ.

already done some research my target is

Steelseries Siberia V3
HyperX Cloud Core
Razer Kraken pro

but yeah the review some are good some are bad some are good. so maybe here i can maybe another brand or recommend

other than that if there are headset not specific for gaming but more too music or movies but still suitable for gaming. should be fine because usually gaming headset had a build in mic right?
if i get headset without mic also good enough because i may not use the mic anyway.

Gpu very high load even in idle.

Hi..

as the title.. i have very2 annoying problem.. my gpu Sapphire HD7770 is always in high load even i just browsing or doing nothing. i already check the manager task but nothing suspicious. actually i have this problem 3 month ago. but that happen when Svchost. exe is running in manager task. when i stop the process my gpu will be back to normal. the load will be back to 0. but now there no svchost.exe in manager task because i already delete it with the malwarebytes.

but now it happen again my gpu activities is always 92-96% i detect it with catalyst and GPU-Z. i found a solution but what i can see is it only work for couple days 1-3 days. the only solution is i need to Install the catalyst and gpu driver. after i install it. it will back.. but to have install the gpu drives lot of time. and that is waste of time. i dont want to do this all over again and again and that is F***ing crazy (vaas quote)

can somebody help me. i cannot play any games or my games will be lagging like hell. PLEASE Sifu..

Internet browser problem

Hi.. i am currently having a great and massive problem. It is about my internet browser. the first problem start when i clear all my history and my log in save.. in my monzila firefox.

The problem is

1.my twitter is not working like i cannot retweet, tweet, favorite. that why i clear the history. then after clearing the history i cannot sign in into my twitter anymore but its still working with my phone. when i try to sign in it say "Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing—we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon." and this problem still there near 3 weeks

2. then i cannot enter my google account.. my google account is my life.. it has my email, youtube account. when i try to sign in it says i dont turn on the cookies. so i follow monzila troubleshoot and also a couple tips from search with google. i also try to open the account with google chrome it says my security is in danger. also try using IE got same word like using mozila i dont turn on the cookies. also i cannot login into my yahoo mail account after i put the password it takes about 4 minute to load then back to the login menu. like the first time i want to login.. but can login with IE

3. a lots of the webpage that require cookies not detecting my cookies. such as ads like adf.ly its say my cookies not enable.

4. last problem is the loading page taking to much time.. i am currently using unify vip 5.. before the clearing of history.. it working well. not taking a lots of time. to load a page. but now. just WOW. taking a lots of time.. such as just to load my youtube home taking about 3-4 minute..

I already try alot of solution such as restart the firefox still the same, reinstall the firefox still the same, update the firefox nothing happening, for the twitter i solve it by download the twitter apps. but i not really a fan of it. i hopefully to have the old one in the browser. but thank god i dont know what happen i can login back to my google account. so my email and youtube account is safe for now. even with chrome it still take time to load even a google search that before this not taking time like this. and i already restarting my router still i have the problem.

i hope anybody can solve this problem TQ

wireless adapter problem

i dont know if this a right place for my problem..

3 days ago i just buy a new motherboard, graphic card and proccessor. before this i use

gigabyte Ma770t - es3
asus eah 5670
amd athlon II x2 3.00 ghz

so i just upgrade to

Asus P8b75 m lx plus
sapphire HD 7770
Intel i5 3470

the network adapter i use is D link Dwl g122. when i use it at my old pc.. it work just fine with windows 7 64 bit... but when plug in to the new computers.. the adapter not working. i use the same driver as my old pc. at the device manager it says it working properly. Even at the adapter there is no light coming not even once. At the taskbar for the network connectivity it showing a big red X and its says NO CONNECTION AVAILABLE. Even though the adapter already been plug in.

i already use many driver it still the same. i uninstall and install the driver so many time. i even format my pc twice and reinstall the os. i already try with dad pc and it use to use the adapter so it has the driver.. and it work perfectly.

I also check the Ip config it says the media disconnected..

Please help me.. i need to use internet..

hai

i am upgrading my pc from amd setup to intel.. so will upgrading the motherboard, proc, and GPU.. the others component like hdd,ram i will use from the amd setup... my budget around 1000 - 1200.

this is my planned upgrade

Intel core i5 3330
asus p8b75 m lx plus
Sapphire 7770 oc

the question is
1. can i get a better setup than my planned above with my budget

2. i have a fsp saga ii 500w will it be good enough for the new setup if not my budget will be just 1000 because i need to upgrade the psu

3. the motherboard is a micro atx will it compatible with an atx casing. my casing just cap ayam so will it be fit enough

4. do i need to format my hdd because the new setup..

WTA - PC Upgrade

Hello guys

I need a suggestion for my next upgrade. I just need Upgrade for Processor ,Motherboard, and Gpu... my minimum budget is about Rm 700 and maximum about Rm 1000.. I prefer Amd over Intel but if i can the best from intel. I will go for it.. and btw the gpu hopefully can run with my FSP SAGA2 500 watt...and the target of course for gaming and others...
