I have been trying to buy digital Xbox one games with my Xbox live US account but it's not working. I don't have a credit card so am using my malaysian debit card and PayPal as my payment method but has not been successful..... Can someone please assist me on what to do...... Thanks

I would like to buy an xbox gold membership but since i dont have a credit card and dont do internet banking its been difficult to get. Can anyone help me out with where to buy from with cash?
Cos i switched my region and microsoft stopped my gold subscription that was suppose to end next year so i need a new one.
