How the Institutional investor

Sorry i am not yet an investor and please correct me if i got the fact wrong.

1) If an institutional investor going to dump their share in large volume, is it automatically bought on the spot;
or is it needed to be matched from the buying side, then it only sold?
For example;
If current price is RM50, their off-load share of 1,000,000 unit automatically considered sold at RM50.
or
Queue for selling at RM50, but no one is going to buy so the price drop till matched the buyers price at lets say; RM40?

2) As per title, who's gonna be at the other side of buying?

Thank you, please do not curse me for my lack of knowledge

Need help all property expert. Buying land Sabah

Hi all. I need some advice or ideas on how may i manipulate this chances to gain profit.

Land Summary

I am a poorfag somehow have heart to dream big of having more than 10 properties before retired. Yesterday i was told by family fren to buy a half-acre land for 35k which he said is undervalued in Membakut, Sabah (unreliable source said the land's market price worth 90k). The land placed in front of the village road, 4 minutes driving to town, 10 minutes walkby to the nearest school, got water and electrictiy (already got electric pole installed by a teacher who live next to the land).

My Situation

I am now saving for buying my first property for the purpose of renting it out. Salary is so small can afford to buy 1 house worth below 100k only. Since saving for deposit hadn't enough yet, (thought it takes more than 2 years or more to save 20k dep) i was thinking of buying this land, i will only afford to take personal loan to pay the land (help telling me if theres any better option). If everything roes well, i already commit more than 60% of my salary to expenses and i know that banks would never give out loan to such a guy like me. After all deduction, to banks (current personal loan + personal loan made to pay the land), car loan, etc. the only amount left in payslip is 1k.

Questions

1) After a few months the land was fully mine stated in grant, can i do refinance? The purpose of the refinance is to cover the personal loan made earlier against the land, and deposit 20k for a 120k apartment in KK, if banks consider refinance up to 55k.

2) Do banks still accepted my loan when i already commit the land refinance with my payslip state let say only 1k net pay?

3) If market value is really 90k, should i sell or refinance and then bought another house? I like the land and choose to stay but can consider sell if sifu /k insist to.

4) Is there any other choices?

Thank you ols.

Hope not TL;DR
