I&#39;ve just got a call regarding attending an interview for Sime Darby Management APPRENTICESHIP Programme and wondering is it actually a good programme to join? <br /><br />I&#39;ve read previous years posts regarding APPRENTICESHIP ones, which is VERY DIFFERENT than the TRAINEE programme, and feels like this programme is only for those who have nothing better to do then go join this program, since it specifies that for those unemployed for more than 6 months. SIME DARBY company indeed is a very reputable company to work with, however has read that this company also doesn&#39;t really ABSORB those in the programme. <br /><br />This gave me doubts in joining this programme, though i haven&#39;t even attended the interview. Was overjoyed with the invitation, but to my dismay, faced what previous years posts showed.
