Mandarin Writing Tuition

We have a problem.

We need a day care center which can improve our kid's Mandarin language (especially Writing), he is damn poor in it

I have searched around in Puchong, most are day care center with help your kids to finish the school home work, that is all

We don't see any effort to improve Mandarin

Anyone has any recommendation ?

suspect due to cable problem
but nobody sell only cable for printer.
