gpu not working as expected

hey sifus,

I bought a new rig with ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 3GB, but the problem is that, when i run dota2 with LOWEST settings, it's at 100 (not even 120) fps when just started the game, when it goes into mid game, it drops to 60-70 fps. So i want to ask is this normal for my graphic card? Or maybe is there some problem that i haven't realised yet? I can't run it with high or ultra settings. My this new rig is only 1 month old.

Just now, when i was using my ipohne, the screen suddenly has some werid lines. It almost covered half of the screen. I want to ask, is it still possible to claim the warranty which is 1to1 replacment using this problem?

Hi , I need advice for keyboard and mouse.

Currently , I'm looking for Razer Arctosa. Or I should go for Microsoft Sidewinder X4 ? I prefer low profile keys (like the keys on laptop). I don't need macros.

For mouse , is Razer Deathadder a good choice ?

My budget is RM400 , RM200 for keyboard and RM200 for mouse.

Feedback will be much appreciated

P/S: Any good recommendation for mousepad ?
