how to retrieve apple id email

hi guys
i got 1 question, since i lost my iphone 6 plus last week, the problem is i forgot my apple id since seldom download apps on my iphone.
the question is, is there any way to find my apple id email which saved on mac OS? itunes? or iOS Backup file? i only forgot my email address for my apple id.

hi everyone, I just bought new lappy from lowyat which is ASUS X451MA-VX048D
I know this lappy is FREE dos, the driver disk given from manufacturer I try used to install also no luck.
THE problem is I cant install intel graphics driver, error display not meet system requirement.
this machine running 64bit Windows 8.1 which I buy add on OEM disk.. I download correct driver for 64 bit also no luck

is this machine is not intel graphics?

Oh yaa, another problem is , I cant adjust brightness screen press FN+F5 or F6, have to do manually set the brightness settings on control panel,
how to solve this problem???

hi guys
i just wondering can anyone tell whats my exact problem on my lappy HP dv3611tx..
well, i can boot windows normally, i try connect VGA monitor looks OK... but why my LCD screen looks very blackout, i can see the image on screen my desktop etc but very dark, looks like no light but can see.. is it My LCD problem or the inverter?

hello
i wana ask about calculation hours for schedule table. lets say how to calculate based on what i select from my schedule table for :
no class: how many hrs
lesson i got class: how many hours.. for example: 1+0.5= 1.5 hrs
total of hours: which is based on "no class" + " lesson i got class" for example: 1+1+0.5= 2.5 hrs

i need to someone to help me how to perform these calculations using access which i want to open schedule report which show the total hours of each this. is it using query or?

hi guys
anyone knows how to solve this problem, i try to add or save records to table after i select all the combo box. when i try click ADD button or SAVE, it dosent add the selection combo box field to table.
how to solve this problem? is it use VB coding arr??
