Well.... kids spend sometime on the ipad.
most of the time watching junks or non-educational youtube vids.... like PewdiePie, DanDTM, dude perfect, etc.

I am restricting their screen time, but cant be completely- so the rule is to watch something more educational and try to change their habit and preference.

Mind to add/shares some good content?

BBC Earth- nature.

BP vs IJN

Approaching my 40 very soon, and received a wake up call from one of my close friend passing away due to heart failure.
He actively exercise, not obese and don't really have much symptom any earlier.

Now this struck me, and determine to get one done proper.
Previously had only once basic checking with BP Health care...

now comparing between BP Head2Toe vs IJN packages. each cost around Rm 1000 plus.

Anyone have experience on the both?
I just feel that BP is very commercialized, the "consultant assistant" - which look more like a fresh grade nurse/pharmacist was explaining the packages and trying to pursuade me to take the H2T back then. when i chosen the basic screening (rm 250 or so) her face turn sour. Earlier was smiling and friendly then because just black and emotionless.. this was through out the entire process of taking blood sample, measuring height, bone density etc.

It really leave a very bad impression on their professionalism.

anyone share their thought. - especially on the benefit of this 2 packages?
I would though IJN would offer a more professional service, as my focus is more on heart related.

Not really ISP prob. Probably hardware or other issue

Firewall used: errr.... Dunno

a) suspect wifi got hack and stolen. Anyway I can check? And protect? Need some detailed guidance
B) speed rather slow. Ok with laptop but w iPad 2 is really slow. iPad receiver outdated ? This is despite full bar.
