Hi, I've worked for company A for Jan & Feb 2019 (no appointment letter) and subjected to PCB deduction.

Now, I've just joined a new company B which requires me to fill up tp3 form, which need to furnish previous employment records for the current year of assessment..

I would like to ask what's the minimal information I need to declare on tp3 form? Is non-declaring an option (signed a blank form/totally ignore the form)? If not can I just provide total YTD PCB deducted from previous employment, sign and leave the rest of the info blank? Afterall, it's my personal data and personal income tax. I don't mind to contribute more since refund / responses are rather efficient.

Please help.

Scenario of balance sheet before IPO :

Paid up Capital : RM100k
Retained Profits : RM400k
EBITDA : RM100k
Investors' rate of return : 10% (assuming)

Question 1
Value of company : (1) EBITDA/10% = RM1mil? OR
(2) EBITDA/10% = RM1mil + RM100k(capital) + RM400k(retained profits)?

Question 2
What are the journal entries for the IPO (during and after).
