which condo can appreciate more in 5 years time?

Hi All,

I am considering buying a high end condo for own stay ranging around 800k-900k. This would be for ownstay for around 5-8 years, thus i wonder which condo would have much better appreciation value after 5-8 years. Appreciate everyone's thought on this. The condo that i was looking at and in order of preference is as below.

1) Saujana Residency in Subang SS16
2) Nautica Lake Suite in Sunway South Quay
3) Amaya Saujana
4) Ara Hills in Ara Damansara

Thanks
