question about MMMC postgraduate

im just finished my spm this year and planning to become a obstetrician.. before that i planning to study doctor(MBBS) at MMMC and from my research, MMMC or MMMC's university in india ( not sure weather this is correct or not since there is so many type of manipal university) offer postgraduate course... so i planning to study medical specialist (obstetrician) in the same university where i will study as doctor in MMMC... so, do malaysian government acknowledge medical specialist studied from manipal university?

the above information MAYBE is not 100% accurate so hopefully someone from MMMC MBBS section would help me..

im not an audiophile but i enjoy music A LOT... i usually listen to anime ( j pop music ) , k pop , nightcore , trance and some relaxing sound ( orchestra like) .. i know that soundstage excel in orchestra music.. but how about pop music? trnace? nightcore? any idea? will soundstage be important for that kind of music genre? currently im debating buying a new headphone audio technica a500 ( good sound stage ) with a Fischer Audio FA-003 ( good balanced headphone )

so hopefully sifu2 out there can gv some comment on this.

halo.. i receive my spm result on 21/3/2013.. i want to become a doctor and so a lot of ppl recommend manipal medical collage.. so i call that collage and idk what they said because i dont have any knowledge about university collage that kind of stuff(i only know school's system of school for secondary school and primary school only ) so, after the crap he told me ( idk wht he say because IDK ) but i heard a word '' will go to INDIA to study medic'' ... and right away i confuse.. i no need take pre U? A level , foundation that kind of stuff i no need to take? st8 university study medic for degree? if any1 from MMMC pls help me

sorry for being a noob.. i dont have any idea about the way of university or collage works..

what is the difference between this 2? all i know a500 is much cheaper .. im not an audiophile or what so ever but i want to join audiophile community because i enjoy music alot

let say i buy these headphone.. do sound card needed to enhance the music quality? i checked a lot of forum they say no need.. planning to buy asus xonar dx.. would be any noticeable difference between asus xonar dx and asus maximus v gene's supreme fx 3 onboard sound?

ok.. im new in modding stuff but i would like to turn my bitfenix prodigy into a mATX case by turning motherboard tray horizontally..
Does anyone know where I can get a vector drawing of an entire mATX backplate?

something like this with simple line drawing and measurement... pls dont post intel's measurement.. im not a architect that can read that kind of measurement :/

use for : pc
budget: less than 400rm
mic : got or no also can
buy location : LYN
sound card: i alr own a asus xonar essence stx
sound surround: NO... IM NOT A SURROUND GUY!!
sound isolation: neh... i prefer comfort..

any recommendation?

Question about CF and dual monitor setup

idk this is in a right section of not... cuz dun have graphic section..

hi i have 2 monitor.. 1080p as my primary monitor and 1600 x 900 monitor as my secondary monitor... im planning to buy 2 sapphire hd 7970 vapor x 3gb edition and connect both of them via crossfire..

extra info:-
my primary monitor 1080p ( 3D @ 120hz) act as gaming monitor and my secondary monitor 1600 x 900 act as my multitasking monitor( @60hz)
my question are:-
1) should i plug the video cable( i dont know what's the name of the cable.. vga, dvi, hmdi, etc etc) for 1 monitor each?? for example primary gpu connect with primary monitor and my secondary gpu connect to my secondary monitor? cuz i heard somebody say this will not work and cause secondary monitor to turn black and must connect both of the monitor cable into the primary gpu.. is this true? and if i connect the both cable into the primary gpu(crossed fire with the 7970) will this decrease the performance of gaming? please mind that i want 1 monitor for gaming and 1 more for multitasking (youtube or facebook)...if the method i mentioned at ablove wont work, how should i make it dual monitor setup( gaming + multitasking monitor as i mentioned above) works?
2) And let say i dont want dual monitor setup and i only want 1 monitor setup, will 2 7970 will benefit me for gaming than 1 7970??

we all know that unifi's DIR 615 modem is pretty crappy for transmitting wifi signal

i heard that this Aztech Wall-Plugged Wireless-N Extender WL556E thing can increase the strength(area) wifi signal... if so, is the speed of the connection will slow down altough the wifi signal is increase?

for example my internet wifi transmitter is in 2nd floor of my house.. and i plug in this device at the ground floor( wifi signal 1 bar example) if the signal is 1 bar.. definitely the wifi speed will also decrease.. with this device help, it able to increase the wifi strength(area) at the ground floor in my house but how bout the speed? because this device only receive 1 bar of wifi signal..

so my question is, is the wifi signal speed will be maintain??
