Causes of the fire is not made known, explosions were heard around the location but it didn't affect the airport operation.

26 years old Chinese national foreign student To Meiki was arrested for drug smuggling as 1kg of meth is found hidden within frames in artworks.
The drugs are worth 61.2 million yen (2 million MYR) in the market.
He schemed to have the package delivered to an empty/uninhabited apartment via parcel, he broke in a took the package and left it in a monthly parking lot (presumably a drop point for pickup)
A police who happens to investigate the area for another case was alert to the packages, and found the drugs upon investigating it's contents.

Police on Friday pressed murder charges against the owner of a children's sports center in Seoul on charges of sticking a 70-centimeter plastic stick into the anus of an employee and causing him to die with ruptured organs.
The 41-year-old suspect, whose identity was withheld, was arrested Sunday for killing the 20-something employee at the facility in northwestern Seoul on Dec. 31. The Seodaemun Police Station referred the suspect to the prosecution for further investigations.
Police said the victim died from organ rupture.
Investigators said they believe the suspect killed the victim after being irritated by his unspecified behavior. Based on a digital forensic analysis of his phone, police concluded the suspect did not appear to have perverse sexual tendencies.
The suspect and the victim drank together six 640-milliliter bottles of soju on the day of the incident. The suspect is also believed to have used sticks to assault the victim, according to police.
On Friday, the suspect repeatedly said "I am sorry" as he was transferred to prosecutors.
A public petition calling for the disclosure of the suspect's identity has been posted on the presidential petition website and was signed by some 43,000 people as of Friday morning.

Man broke in and rape woman

SINGAPORE: A 47-year-old man broke into a woman's home and raped her after meeting her for the first time at a karaoke lounge.
After raping her, Yap Pow Foo offered the woman up to S$50,000 and said he would marry her. Yap contested the charges at trial but the High Court found him guilty of both of them.
In a judgment dated Monday (Jan 16), Justice Tan Siong Thye laid out the reasons for his decision.
On Jan 29, 2017, the 39-year-old victim was at a KTV lounge in Bugis with some friends to celebrate Chinese New Year.
Yap joined them towards the end of the night and drove the victim and other members of the group home at around 12.45am on Jan 30, 2017.
The victim was heavily intoxicated and was the first to be dropped off, but after ferrying the rest of the people home, Yap returned to her apartment.
He used a satay stick that he found near some rubbish bins and retrieved a key that had been slipped under the door.
He then raped the victim in her bedroom. The victim called the police about 15 minutes after Yap left.
When they did not arrive immediately, she made another six calls. Justice Tan said the repeated calls were very significant as they showed the victim was in distress.
Defence lawyers S S Dhillon and Suppiah Krishnamurthi argued that the victim was sober and that the sex was consensual. They claimed that the victim had let Yap into the unit.
To explain some discrepancies in his testimony, Yap claimed that he had a "phobia" of the police and police stations that held him back from telling the truth.
Justice Tan found that this phobia is "a falsehood, untenable and unsupported by the evidence before the court".
"This alleged phobia is nothing but a mere excuse to distance himself from the incriminating evidence that he had voluntarily given to the police," he said.
The judge found that the prosecution had established the elements of both the rape charge and the housebreaking charge.
The evidence in the form of closed-circuit television footage, call logs and medical evidence supported the finding that the victim was heavily intoxicated, said Justice Tan.
She was in a state of deep sleep at the time of the rape and was unconscious, so she could not have consented to sex with Yap, said the judge.
He also found the victim's evidence consistent and found her to be an honest and forthcoming witness.
"It is true that the victim has a chequered past, having previously committed perjury in respect of the sham marriage proceedings," said Justice Tan.
This refers to a previous case where the victim was a witness for the prosecution in a case involving a sham marriage.
"However, in this case, the victim's credibility is not affected," said the judge.
He added that the victim had voluntarily come clean with the police regarding her past case of perjury in the sham marriage proceedings and said this was a credit to her reliability and willingness to tell the truth.
Yap's evidence, on the other hand, was inconsistent and contradictory. He sought to explain the inconsistencies in his police statements with the excuse of the alleged phobia of police and police stations, but Justice Tan said this excuse "is incredulous and unbelievable".
"Indeed, this belated excuse was only raised during his testimony in court, and it defies logic and common sense," he said.
Yap will be sentenced at a later date.

A customer in China was rescued from the clutches of death after relying on his better judgment when faced with a strange-looking octopus at the dinner table.
According to South China Morning Post (SCMP), the deadly blue-ringed octopus — one of the most dangerous sea animals — had somehow ended up being served at a restaurant in Guangdong, China.
The toxic creature is described by multiple online sources as "small but deadly", with enough venom to kill 26 human beings in a matter of minutes, according to the Ocean Conservancy website.
A photo which the diner posted to his Weibo account on Jan 16 showed several raw small octopuses on a bed of ice, ready to be added to a hotpot.
Tagging the account of a natural science magazine, the man asked: "Saw this in a hotpot restaurant. Is it a blue-ringed octopus? Can I eat it? I am waiting for your reply. A little anxious."
Thankfully, the reply from the account came in time, confirming that the cephalopods cannot, indeed, be eaten.
"It is a leopard-striped octopus or blue ringed octopus," the comment read, with the Weibo user adding that the poison from the blue-ringed octopus cannot be neutralised by heat.
"Even if you take it home as a keepsake, you must never eat it," noted the account-holder, described by SCMP as a science and education blogger.
The blogger also shared how there have been documented cases of blue-ringed octopuses being accidentally mixed in with regular octopuses when sold at markets. However, the user expressed that it's a rare occurrence.
Fellow Weibo users who saw the blogger's reply were immediately concerned for the welfare of the diner, reported SCMP.
"Are you ok? You didn't eat it, right? Quick, tell the boss that the octopus can't be eaten," wrote one commenter.
They breathed a sigh of relief when the diner eventually replied: "I haven't eaten it. It has been taken away from the table."
The terrifying story went viral in China, reported SCMP, with 420 million views on Weibo. The sequence of events appeared to leave users shaken.
"Knowledge can change one's fate. If it were me I'd have eaten it," one user bemoaned, while another noted, "This is a close brush with death."
Others hoped that the same thing would not happen to others, with many urging the diner to lodge a police report against the restaurant.
"Call the police, this is too scary," one user stated.
"What's worrisome is if the restaurant owner is a penny-pincher, and ends up serving the dish to another customer," shared another.

A 90 year old woman was violently beaten to death with bare hands in a murder-robbery incident in Komae city of Tokyo.
The victim, Kinuyo Oshio was found with her hands tied, her left elbow had an open fracture that the bone penetrated the skin.
There was multiple traumatic injuries to her body which is likely her cause of death, she is likely beaten and stepped on hard, and no weapon was used.
