First of all - I've googled, and the results were old.

Let's say I'm interested in buying my first home, a used RM190,000 apartment.

1.My understanding is 10% (3% booking / 7% snp) upfront 90% bank loan?

2. What are the typicial lawyer fees for a property worth that much?

I tried using Motorola's L7 charger but I dont think its charging. Is there any alternative? The one sold here is freaking RM99 for charger only.
