[Need Advice] Hot Air In the ROOM

Hi, I'm renting the master bed room, got 3 large window panels, I have a sun-block curtain(heavy) to cover up the entire windows till floor, so usually I would open up all the windows with curtain closed, this is due to the air from outside are super dusty. And my window panels are facing at another condo opposite

I have a ceiling fan opened at max speed 5, but I felt hot even at night. Every time I woke up in the morning, the floor are warm at my room space, but its cold at the area of window panels ---- curtain. Is it due to humidity?or bad air circulation?

Need solution as well

P/S: I'm just staying there for periods only, I have come across with coolers like http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1131874 , is it working?
