Anyone know the legal fees & stamping fees for transfer the strata title?

1.)How to calculate the legal fees & stamping fees for S&P lawyer to execute a transfer the strata title?
2.)How to calculate the legal fees & stamping fees for Loan agreement lawyer to execute a transfer the strata title?
3.)Should we pay againt the stamping fees for Loan agreement lawyer? (When 1st loan agreement has drawing, the stamping fees has been charges & paid)

Can we get a special discount from legal fees? Previously i have get around 40% discount (at year 2005, 5 year already) I heard they are no more this kind of discount allowed. It is true?

May I know if my contractor request me to pay a deposit (40% upfront) for my kitchen cabinet before start work, is it normal procedure?

If yes, can you share an information of how many % of deposit you pay?

My renovation about 9k, i have to pay 3.6k before the work start. I just wonder if the contractor disappear after received the money.

I saw some ppl hp cover by cystal casing already but it also protect by screen protector. I jz try to say, the casing already cover a screen, why still apply the SP, will be meaningness right?

I jz get a samsung slide phone, my friend told me the slide phone can cover by cystal casing only, others like silicon & leather dont apply to slide model. It is true?

For SP i saw alot a ppl say the Martin Fields r very good. But also got ppl say that MF is expensive, no need to buy expenive thing, jz apply a clear type SP is enough. Jz gv a comment here for all forumer share the experience. Thanks.

Overclock GC knowledge

I got some question on overclock the GC here. I use ATI tools to overclock my GC his 9550.
But why every time i start PC, the GC will recognise to default setting want?
When I want to play a game, hv to go ATI tools to set as OC files, why it can not automatic or direct go to OC mode after i set the OC at 1st time?

Any1 got the idea to solve this trouble?

Problem details

Need some help. My modem has suddently disconnected when I used it, and the ADSL light has off. I cant access to internet 1 week already
Call TMnet support to solve this problem, but they ask me call Telekom ppl to check the line 1st. I totally dont know what the hell they do lah, I told him my phone is working, only cant access to internet & ADSL no light. They jz push the responsible to Telekom.

Afterthat, I jz call Telekom guy to check it, and everything fine. I call them againt then they jz say hv to make report 1st. Troublesome ppl call here call there.

I really need some ppl can help me solve this problem up. The error message come it is "NO DIAL TONE" "680". Hope can get some advice from here, better than call all stupid support. Thanks.
